Abundant Health is what David Villafana has helped me achieve. Cranial sacral therapy to activate the vagus nerve, and massage therapy for visceral manipulation have improved my overall digestion, physical alignment and agility. David always assesses my progress and suggests exercises to enhance the work. I was hesitant when my nutritionist suggested that I do this, now I am so thankful that these changes have so enhanced my quality of life.

David Villafana is the most knowledgeable and professional therapist I have ever had dealings with. I had fallen several months ago and totally dislodged my knee. I had been in severe pain for months. Too scared to go to a doctor, I met David at an American Legion seminar and visit. I explained to him what happened. I went to his office and after my second visit I was able to kneel again, bend my knee for Yoga and I walked without pain.
