Geek Squad needs to be able to handle walk-ins and hire more staff. This place didn’t even help with setting up with appointments. Why are they even operating?

Seaton, He is a man of his word. I called Geek Squad and Shop manager who worked on my 2008 Ford Expedition in the past & actually during Covid and his prompt attention to my issues were Extraordinary and he fixed my problem. 8-18-22, I was in town only a few day's and z Seaton with 1 weeks notice told me he was swamped and appointments were backed up till middle of Sept or more. I needed a SMART START MODULE SWAP out and Seaton said he can squeeze me in between customers as he only needed around 15 mins or so. I arrived earlier than Seaton advised and he got right to my Expedition. 1 customer came around 10 mins later so he stopped to check in his appointment. I waited maybe 10 mins and he came back out to finish my module swap. 5 mins later he was finished. I asked him what do I owe and he said your Good. Let’s say he is a class act and true professional and so skilled in his craft. I will always will go back when ever in need. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience, and the service person not only fixed my computer problem but offered to hold my umbrella, it was raining so hard. I did decline his offer. What a nice person.

Geek Squad will not replace the Port on a blackberry phone
Yes they can, call 1-800-GEEKSQUAD and they'll schedule someone to come out to your house
You can make an appointment with Geek Squad or call Apple and they'll schedule one for you. If your iPad is locked to an Apple ID you'll need the ID and password, you should also keep in mind that a restore will fully wipe your device and everything on it

Accounts, unless saved by the web browser, cannot be recovered and generally would need a support ticket created with the company. In your case, Facebook.

Geek Squad/Best Buy account is used to retrieve your information and purchase history, for ADH (accidental damage from handling) you will need Geek Squad ADH protection plan. If you have Geek Squad Total Tech Support then Geek Squad will do their best to get the keys unstuck and cleaned.
You have your choice between Trend Micro or Webroot . At my store we usually recommend webroot . But you have to go into the store or call 1800geeksquad to make sure it is replaced properly .
