Boaters World offers a large variety of inventory including Key West, Sea Hunt, Nitro, etc. They had a Key West 219FS made for me and my wife and we are extremely happy. Amelia, our sales agent was awesome. She communicated with me for over 6 months, keeping me updated on the timeline for delivery. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’re very pleased that we chose Boaters World, and that Amelia worked with us the whole way.

First of all my 5 star review is about Charlie Easton in service and not sales. I have bought a pontoon with Geno and he was great to deal with and honest. My Hurricane was bought new but when I went to pick it up it had a tarnish caused by a chemical. I assumed these parts were already ordered and would be repaired. I asked about them and the salesman said to contact service and they would take care of them for me. I should have walked away and went somewhere else but I was like no biggie. So I contacted Geno who was now in charge of service and out of sales and he ordered everything and explained the wait times and all that. He had me all figured out. Well fast forward to my 3rd service manager and 8 months later I had the pleasure of Charlie helping me. I showed him my emails and he assured me he would take care of everything. He has went above and beyond for me and I feel like he will give Boaters World a better name in service. I will be getting my first service done there soon because of Charlie. Whoever brought him in must have known that they needed to step up there game and with him they have. You cannot make everyone happy but he renewed my faith in that place.

First of all not one person came out in the showroom walked out to look at boats and the boats they have on the website is not the ones on their lot! Drove an hour to get to them.
