I would give it a two, and only raised it to a three because I'm hoping the majority of the money goes towards its cause for animals.

On 7/20/22 I witnessed the manager yelling at an employee for over an hour. My friend and I tried to ignore it, but it was just too much. The poor cashier look horrified the entire time, and I'm sure she was embarrassed. My friends and I come here often to shop because we love the workers. I can't imagine what could have possibly happened for the manager to speak to one of his employees that way. It's a manager's responsibility to calm the situation before it ever gets that far. Even though the door to the room they were arguing in was closed, you could hear it like they were right in front of you. Then the manager made it worse by opening the door and screaming for another worker so he could yell at her too. From what I could tell, the other worker was just doing her job before he started yelling at her. I want to know who I can email or call to make a formal complaint. I don't want a poor excuse of an apology probably written by the same man I'm complaining about. My friends, family, and I won't be returning to shop or donate. I advise everyone else to do the same. It's sad because the money goes to a good cause. But what's the point of saving animals if they don't take care of their own employees?
