Earlier today I was discriminated by the owner of his company they do not make me feel warm and comfortable once I was in your establishment as of earlier I emailed them I kept calling no one answered they didn’t email me back once I was inside the establishment I was treated very disrespectfully and rudely,In addition I don’t recommend anyone go that’s a minority go to shop at their store they are racist In addition I would considering purchasing 2013 Dodge Dart sxt which listed onto the website for 8,495. The employee named Luke was assisting at first with purchasing car. In addition I was at Southside Auto over two hours. The employee fill the application out .and didn't why ? Luke and I 'd watch the entire President Biden Speech. The owner of company never acknowledge , greeting or asked my name before refused his services at the location . The manager never asked my name. He was unprofessional, aggressive behavior , and body language towards as a African american female was disrespectful and inhumane, humilating . The manager kept refering to " he wanted a cashier check". He kept asking me to fill out application when I came to purchase a car with Cash . The manager was rude his named is John. Please stay away from business that are not selling cars to african american. Thirdly windows are not clean on the outside. The floors need to mops. Dust on the desk. They didn't offered anything to drink or nothing! Just plain out right bad customer service and discriminatory behavior .BEwaree
