Only issues I have with this location is they don't take cash and they hardly ever have items needed to make my daughter Carmel frappachino

My decaf latte was at a perfect temperature or at least perfect for me. It was a little treat for myself after the hard day of work. I also got a cake pop in chocolate and a piece of cinnamon coffee cake. I stayed in one of their comfy chairs as it was cold with freezing rain outside. What a perfect day to warm myself up with a nice and hot latte with a piece of cake. The employees were very nice and friendly as well.

Does the area manager ever visit this store?? For $6 coffee it’s unbelievable how poorly run, how slow, and how indifferent the entire staff is when wait times are :20 minutes or more. Shame on me for waiting that long and paying $6 for …
