Beyond disappointing. Customer service is non existent...I've sent Misti several emails that have been ignored (I don't think there's ever a reason to just ghost customers). We rented a property that costs $700/night (includg fees) that was in desperate need of updating. The beds were hard as a rock, it had a 1980's iron, no salt/pepper shakers, no dishwasher pods (as listed), two beach chairs that were kids size and completely rusted out (listing said included beach chairs), minimal bath towels (2 for the master and we were there 4 days). While we were there a random man stopped by stating he needed to inspect the property and take photos. He said the agency told him he could stop by anytime. We felt uncomfortable but allowed it. We've asked Florida Dreams who this person was and they said they have no idea. I asked them to check with the owner and they indicated the owner has fired their services.....good move on the owners part...however they refused to check with the owner to see if you knew who this person was. Again, they have ghosted my last several emails. I went back and looked at the reviews for the rental....and so many people complained about how hard the beds were and how outdated it was (I can't believe i overlooked this before booking). Clearly the management could care less because they just keep booking the rental and taking peoples money instead of working in the owners best interest to get the place to comfortable standards. Misti actually told me that its against CDC guideline to have salt/pepper shakers in the rental. She said its food and they cannot leave opened food in the house (yes that's what kind of ridiculous company this is). And imagine on the last night of the rental completely filling the dishwasher only to find that there were no detergent pods (they were on the inventory inclusive list). So, 6am the next morning I unloaded all the dirty dishes, hand washed them, dried them, and put them away. Its just small things like this that all continue to add up and this company just doesn't care. Your comfortable stay is none of their concern. Owners...don't hire this company and expect that they will maintain the integrity of your property. -Photo of the iron in the property...lol...further substantiating how outdated this place was. Don't get me started on the old coffee maker :(

We stayed in Gulf Winds B in Holmes Beach and it was adorable and immaculate! The management company was very organized and communicative and we had no issues at all. We would definitely rent again through them!

Used Kim's Palm Cottage. Great location, close to shopping and Ana Maria Island. House was very spacious and decorated very nicely. Pool time was great!
