Guaranteed to be the most painful ID badge experience possible. They won’t let you in the building without an appointment, even when there are no people waiting inside. They had us stand outside talking with them through the intercom until we downloaded an app to schedule an appointment, when we had one for 15 minutes prior which we tried to notify them we were running late for because of parking one mile away. Staff was unhelpful. This could be a simple process, but it’s made incredibly difficult by their unnecessarily complex process.
