This is a wonderful community. My mother has been so happy since moving in. Everyone there has been so kind and caring. There are always activities going on with plenty to do. I highly, highly recommend!

Worse place I have ever worked very unprofessional upper management no structure in this place at all, workers resigning or calling out, coming in late. No team work, favoritism, lady at front desk very unprofessional, short of help all the time. Patients not getting proper care. Medications giving late Baths were not given. Food is cold when served to patients, patients complain about their food. The cooks are always arguing with attitudes. This is NOT THE PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TOO WORK. ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED.

I toured Brookdale Durham looking for potential assisted living facilities for a family member. Juliette was very helpful and caring in helping me understand what this facility has to offer. The location is very convenient for doctor's offices and shopping and in a beautiful setting.

Brookdale Durham has provided care for my mom for almost 9 years! The dedicated caring staff treats her as family. The food, activities offered, maintenance, and the care received are awesome! The front desk staff is also always very helpful. It is very convenient to have Doctors Making House Calls and Home Health offered at the facility! 😀
