From the start to finish, not a good experience. Front desk was not kind. Would not give us extra pillow. Would not let my grandchild swim in pool, with us. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was not clean. Would not recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. I booked a room on booking.com and prepaid for the room. When I arrived at the lobby no one was there and it took about 45 minutes Bettye lady even showed up. I inform here that I booked a room through the booking app. I give her my name and she tells me that I don’t have a reservation. I then show her my confirmation number and she says still nothing. She said that she was going to have to charge me by she would refund my money the next morning if it shows that I paid. I wait 2 days before I inquire about my refund. When I call back the same lady answers the phone but she tells me there’s nothing she can do(meaning she lied and for no reason at that). She then tells me that I have to call after 1 to take it up with the mgr. I call after 1 and a guy answers the phone. He tells me that the mgr is on vacation for the next 2 months(she lied again) I’ve been trying to dispute this with my bank since January but I’ve been unsuccessful. Because I paid through the app and at the hotel on their end it looks as if I needed 2 rooms for the night. I’ve never in my life encountered such unprofessionalism. If the lady hates her job or the customers that much then she’s in the wrong line of work. She shouldn’t even have a job

I booked a room here thru Hotel.com and when I got here I was charged more money even with a military discount. The pool was not in service, the room was nasty with dog hair and it wasn't a pet room, the safe was busted off the wall, I forgot my 2 pillows in the room. They have all my info but never bother to call an let you know. This place was just the worst place I have ever stayed and I have traveled lot. I would not ever tell anyone to stay at this place. Go 3 miles south of there. better hotels. It was just to cold and late when I got there to change my situation. Made the weekend more stressful then it already was. I have to mark a star or it won't let me go on. I would give it none

(Honest Review) I stay at alot of hotels for work. So the (Pros) & (Cons)... -Pros: overall clean hotel interior and exterior. -Rooms we're pretty clean as well. -Beds and Pillows were comfortable as heck to me. -Nice area don't worry about car crimes. -Staff was friendly and professional. -Cons: Rm 114 lamps by desk and on fridge didn't work. -Water pressure was absolutely horrible, can't say for other rooms. -The curtains don't block out much light at all. -Proce was alittle high in my opinion. Should be 55-65 a night hotel. Overall I would stay here again.
