OUTSTANDING!! Janet, Hef, and the entire World Balloon team are friendly, helpful knowledgeable, safety aware, and just plain Fun. They explained all the mechanic's of the balloon, gondola, the surrounding area, what we could expect and needed to do; then off we went. Hef was our pilot. He pointed out many interesting aspects of the land, explained how he operated the hot air balloon and told some pretty corny jokes. We have enjoyed many wonderful experiences in our travels, but World Balloon and its team will always be at the top of our list of exciting and fun experiences.
