We went here the other night. Food was amazing as was the service and ambiance. I got the bolognese with extra sauce and it was the best, even better than places I visited in Italy. I looked around at the other meals and everything looked better than the next. We will be going again before we leave next week.

Outdoor seating only. There were o ly about 5 tables they could use so maybe call and get a reservation first. They had outdoor heaters which was nice.

I believe they have drinks menu but don't remember seeing a full bar inside the restaurant.

We have a gift certificate for Portabella's from the Big Sur Fungus Festival. The address says Salinas on the certificate. Is it good for the Carmel restaurant as well?
