The show was about 2.5 hrs including the intermission, I think.
Depends on the show. And if they do, it's very light. Call ahead first and ask.

I saw Little Shop of Horrors from the balcony and really enjoyed it. It was a little hard to see the actors when they were high up on some of the props but I don't feel like I missed anything.

Yes, they do. I'm the House Manager Coordinator. We have the T-coil system in both The Sutton and The Gaddy theatres. We have hearing devices available for those patrons who do not have the T- coil setting on their hearing aids or for those who just need an assistive device.
The hard hat tours were a couple of weeks ago.
