This IHOP location is pretty good. Food is exactly as expected, but service is a bit slow

Service was less than expected. Set of utensils provided had dried up food on it. Drink (hot chocolate) tasted awful and enree was not as described on menu.

Biased customer service equals poor customer service. I as a black woman was blantanly made to wait for payment on takeout order while the hispanic customers were taken care of upon order. If you had a bad experience with a black person, please don't take it out on the next...thats the only thing I can assume happened because I was polite and patient as usual.It is your job to treat customers with the same level of respect. Or quit
