Yes, I only go there to run on their nice soft pasture like area but human powered boats are all that is allowed apparently. I found this info link. No, that would be great if they did. The lake is deep enough for a small boat. I pretty sure that the city rents kayaks for The Arkansas River . Contact the City of Wichita Recreation Department.
