If I could give one star I would. The customer service here is horrible. They never answer the phone or emails. Once you get in the store they blow you off and offer no help. Been waiting a laptop for a month now and still nothing. While I understand it’s an issue with the third party, some blames on them too. I ask at what point do they step in to reach out to the third party to say we have order just waiting when are going to get them. The lady told me oh you’ll just have to wait until the system updates that they shipped. I ask what happens if I wait three months oh you’ll just have to wait. Oh yeah to put the cherry on top since I can’t return the laptop whenever it magically appears because it’s 14 days pass the order date.

Awful communication if there are issues (or in general really), not sure what workers are doing all day for orders on REQUIRED books and codes to take so long and phones not be answered by any of the numbers throughout the day. Chris is the ONLY one the company should worry about keeping around and the only reason this review is not one star. Thanks for actually doing your job Chris! The rest of you need classes in competency.
