My doctor called store #15185 to fill a post wisdom tooth removal, mouthwash prescription May 12th, 2022, ~11am. My wife visited the store #15185 later that day and the cashier stated the prescription would be after 3pm and they would text her. The pharmacy never texted my wife and once I visited the store May 14th , I assume the prescription would be ready. Instead after 2 visits, during the second visit the cashier explained that the pharmacist would not fill the prescription unless he could see me waiting in the customer waiting area because of the “special” compounds needed to fill the prescription. Once the prescription was filled, I was required to re-enter the customer line to purchase prescription. This was somewhat inconvenient and could have been dangerous if the prescription was needed for life threatening condition, and appears to be solely to protect store profits and not customer health.
