The wait wasn't too long. The rest was painful. One of the techs opened the passenger door and began to remove the contents of my glove box, he didn't ask or explain what he was doing. He asked me to take out the napkins. I told him he should have explained what he was doing. My first and last experience at Valvoline. Cost is excessive too.

They charged my MasterCard for close to $500 never gave me a receipt only changed my oil I’m definitely going to call HR

They are open until 6 on Sundays. The only time they close before the normal time is on holidays.
Depends on which grade oil you get. I think it starts at $39. You don't have to ever get out of your car and in the two years we've been taking our two vehicles there, we've never had a problem or complaint. You can get a coupon at vioc.com I use that every time
