Horrible service. We had an appointment to test drive and purchase a CRV. They told us it was there and when we went the same day, they said they already sold it to someone else after promising it was there for us to view. We drove all the way from Philadelphia. They didn’t offer to reimburse us or anything for all of the gas we wasted

BAIT & SWITCH. Saw the car I was looking for on line. Called to check on availability at 2pm. Told it was available and if I came at 3:15 they would have it ready to show. We drove 45 min and arrived on time. The car was all shined up, great tires on it, looked great. Then we were told someone just bought it and they were finishing up the paperwork, but they would be happy to show us another one for only $3,000 more. We walked out. Unethical. Of course ethics don't really apply to used car dealers.
