We had an excellent experience with Haldeman staff in our recent purchase of a new Lexus. Purchase went very smoothly; price was fair. Syed (Sid) Ahmed did an excellent job from the sales end; great communication, excellent follow through and a genuinely decent person (Ask for him!!). Never went through Finance so quickly; no pressure from Brian Finn. Overall, a great transaction on, hopefully, a great car. Thanks!! Parts department sold me warped rotors and won’t honor warranty. I bring the car in but they want to charge me labor to check the rotors. Terrible service

I spent 75% of this year looking for a family car. I worked with Don N. to figure out which new model would be best for me. I originally wanted a UX 250h after I got to sit in one, I realized that I need additional space. We started looking at a hybrid NX and I was about to put the deposit down but I realized I would be better off with a Toyota RAV4 due to a change in my budget. Don was incredibly patient, thorough in reviewing features and even test driving. It sounds like bare minimum but Haldeman Lexus really make you feel important. The only reason I didn’t purchase here was a personal budget shift. I’ll likely be back in 2-3 years asking for Don. Sooner if I can manage it.

You don't have to deal with that same dealership, but you should take the car to get serviced by the same company who made the car
