Every time I visit this bank they are very kind and worked very hard. The reviews of this place are just heartbreaking. A bunch of entitled people who have zero patience for a workforce that is doing their best after coming out of a hard slam of Covid. This Ormondo guy who posted about how he asked the teller if there was help. Three customers verbally assaulted the bank teller Kate and she was professional the entire time and just explain to them they simply do not have the employees to combat the rush hours. And that’s just like any other business at this time. Grow up and get patience people I’m so sick of this.

The bankers must get educated about opening accounts. They aren’t sure of so many things and they ask their manager almost all the times! (AND THE MANAGER GIVES WRONG INFO!) Besides that I had no problems, maybe they could be a bit more friendlier.
