I have never been a fan to this specific store. The brand itself is truly a bargain but will soon be overrun by other brands in the next coming years. It's simply over customer service! (Unless I get to hear: you get what you pay for lyrics) Bought something, paid for it, but the cashier did not put it in the bag. When I called, they said to come back tomorrow then they'll have me picked up. When I showed up, they did not only give me my item but I got yelled at by someone called themselves a ''manager'', his name is ODBI. This dude appeared to be rude towards any customer and I was one of them. Overall, I would not return nor shop at this store, as long as that ''manager'' is still in charge. He needs help to not only learns how to talk to people but at least need to learn interaction 101-Eye contact and stop yelling!

Even with the racks labeled by size, I found it really difficult to make sense of how things were laid out. There were really no "displays" per say, and I kind of felt like I was shopping consignment or at Goodwill. Was more hoping the clothes would be by color/brand/etc. Think I will just stick to Goodwill/Value Village and pay less for the same quality and setup.

Tried a few times. Staff was over baring and rude. Changing rooms randomly open or closed. NO longer allow public restrooms. The changing room attendant was nasty and unpleasant to interact with. If you bring in a few of your own items like an umbrella or take off your jacket because it's too warm... loss prevention watches you like a hawk. More than once they've been over baring and tried to accuse me of theft when all I did was take my jacket off or bring in my own umbrella. I told them I'd never return because of that incident. The loss prevention individual at the time (2018) had a ton of online complaints against him. Ross's return policy is horrid. Even if you return it within the limit they do not give you a full refund but doc you a small percentage the further you get away form the purchase date. Sorry but that's not right. Parking here isn't all that great and people tend to drive like the own the lot and could care less about anyone else.
