I don't work there but I can assure you the native fireworks emporeums are in full swing until after dark. Most will have a field for you to test fire your purchases in. All legal

Yes all kinds, they have neon blue small 250gram cake I believe is 16 shot might b 25 shot, I believe it's also in red or pink but I thunk its red. they have mean green, blue on blue, in 350gram I believe the website's online somewhere PYROSRUS.com but I don't know if he still actually man's it! Let me see if I can reach him!

No there is no need for any permits, To purchase or use fireworks in Wa. State! However there are certain citys that have made it illegal to light off certain items! Mainly aerial type items and the bigger explosives/bombs!! Other than that you are free to purchase and light whatever you like! You can buy and light here by the Muckleshoot casino! We have a lighting area on the west side of the hill and u can light until 10pm on the weekdays right NOW! Weekdends lighting times stop @ midnight!
