I would give this Avis rental location zero stars if I could. I made a reservation and the person at the front desk, Sonia, gave attitude right from the start. When I inquired about the OPTIONAL damage waiver that she added without asking me, she told me it's not optional and I had to be charged. She was so persistent that she took the keys and paperwork, cancelled the reservation, and told me to leave. When I asked about a manager, she told me she's in charge and it's an independent location, so don't bother calling Avis.

Horrible customer service Before I made a reservation, I called and asked couple of questions in regards to not paying with credit card. Paula answered the phone, and gave me half the information. I got to the place, and was trying to pick up my rental because my car was being fixed, she gave me all the worst attitudes in the world. Not only she is rude, she doesn't listen to what you are telling her. Then she lied about answering the phone and denied that it was her. I have been renting from Avis for years, and I have never seen such pour action. If she can't handle customers and she wants to run her big mouth like that, she has no business being there and being in customer service. She asked for emergency contact, I told her I just moved I don't have anyone here she got so upset and got more rude. I told her just stop and she told me you can leave. Who does she thinks she is. Learn some manners and maybe take some anger management courses.

Pre-pay is the way to go! In and out within minutes and the service was great. Going to continue coming here when I visit family.

I dont know, they canceled my reservation and then tried to charge me 75 for a no show.
CDL, pay with card only no cash....
If its within a couple hours probably not. Anything after that they might.
