ROACHES. Do I need to say more? We visited Tue July 5th 2022. The wait staff was decent. She said she would talk to her manager about the roach we found but we never even saw the manager and the issue was never mentioned again, no apology or anything. The decor looks like hand-me-downs from other permanently closed VIs. The place was freezing cold and the food was mediocre... oh, and they have ROACHES. We won't be returning and we aren't going to fill out the form you are suggesting to other reviewers. This issue should have been handled promptly in store like a responsible leader and manager.

Another solid meal from this reliable chain restaurant. Good service from a lone waitress. Reasonable wait times for food and service. Clean, no obnoxious/ loud music, comfortable. We had a skillet, pancakes, and a couple of iced coffees. All were good quality, tasty, thoroughly cooked and well presented (for a chain).

We just spent 2 hours at this Village Inn for dinner tonight. The service was horrible. We saw our waitress only twice. Once to bring our cold meal and the other (only after we asked the manager to get her) to pay our bill. Someone else after waiting 30 min finally took our order. It was the worst. Don’t know how soon we will return to this restaurant. We usually eat there a couple time a month. We walked out of this same place about a month ago because no one would seat us. Stay away!

We visited on March 13, 2022. Our server wasn't very knowledgeable about their menu and really didn't give good customer service. Fortunately the food was great and the cooks served excellent portions. I would recommend this place for the excellent food.
