Emerald City Pizza, The bottom of my review informed you that I already emailed you. I haven't received a reply to address this issue. This evening we received a pizza that is cold and rock hard. Unfortunately this is the second time we've recieved an inedible pie. Tried to call to have it remade and the phone never picked up for ten minutes. When I hung up and called back on the new order line a man immediately picked up. I was in the middle of telling him that the pizza we received was cold and hard and he hung up on me. Thinking it might be a phone issue I called back and could never get anyone to answer. When we tried again and the normal pizza hut recording was gone and the phone kept ringing over and over until it hung up. I'm amazed at how something so simple gets a corporate call. I paid 29.00 bucks for a pizza that literally cracked apart when we tried to separate a piece. Emerald City Pizza, I already emailed you.

We had a great nostalgic experience here, it's one of the few dine-in Pizza Huts left around Seattle. We'd seen an ad for a new pizza while watching a Sounders match and drove out here to get one. The waitress was friendly and courteous - there were so few tables (only two) occupied that I felt a bit bad for her, but all the food was hot, fresh, well-prepared, and delivered promptly. It was everything from my 80's-Book-It memories - the only thing missing was the Ms. Pac-Man machine. I'd definitely pop in there again from time to time.

I normally order from other pizza chains and their crusts are usually always soggy but everytime i have ordered from Pizza Hut, they never fail to amaze me with the quality of the food. I def will be ordering again in the near future, the food tastes great and delivery drivers are always kind. thank you Pizza Hut!

The pizza I ordered is not the pizza I got. I ordered a medium supreme, and got what looked to be a meat lovers with 3 green pepper bits, 5 onion slivers, and a small handful of mushrooms added. Not happy!!
