Edit: tldr just don’t. lowered from two to one. You can’t even get a hold of them. DO NOT depend on them for time imminent Rx such as Covid medicine. They will not even contact you and you can’t even get through. Tried to change the pharmacy but can’t get through. Had to drive there sick because I couldn’t confirm the status of the rx and therefore couldn’t send anyone else to pick it up. Went through drive through and they said they are aren’t answering because they’re too busy. Said they were waiting in a call back from my doc. Asked then why they didn’t let me know and why the call to my doc? Come to Find out they don’t have the medicine. Would’ve been nice to find that out yesterday. Passes me off to sister pharmacy down the road and I ask them do they have the medicine? They don’t know. I ask them to find out. Nope. So I would’ve driven there to do the dang thing with them. So. I ask them to transfer it to Walgreens and they say can’t. Walgreens has to Call them. That’s great because how the heck are they going to call when they don’t answer? If you drop off an Rx to be picked up the next day, do not expect it to be worked until you are trying to pick it up. When I arrived (providing them with ample hours to prepare the Rx) we still had to wait for it to be filled. The only reason to go to this location would be is location. The people are nice but their process/standards desperately need improvement.

I think some of the workers do the best they can especially managers but unfortunately their are some workers who just don't care it seams 😒 Most of the pharmacist are very nice and patient especially when I need to grab something for my mom so I can appreciate that. Knowone is perfect though and good customer service just comes with experience, time and respect but it also goes both ways, customers and workers. It's never a dull moment though. 🥰
