Employees are always nice, it’s a busy office and not a friendly neighborhood, and parking is limited. If you you don’t mind the long lines and tight parking spaces, maybe you’ll like the convenient location.

No drop off boxes. 😤

This is the worst office in all of Bakersfield, the supervisors have no control, no knowledge, no common sense they don't care about customers in any way, they don't know what good service is, much less know what it is, they don't keep the hours set to pick up packages, they don't coordinate the work and are incapable of maintaining a good relationship and communication with the businesses that depend on them, you cannot trust them, if you have a business and this station picks you up, your experience will be the worst, as long as they do not change the mentality that they are doing a great "favor" of handling your shipments nothing will change, they forget that without clients they would not have a job, for them it is nothing more than a job where they have to arrive, wait for the retirement and collect later, nothing more than that.

On location there are customer service representatives to assist during normal business hours. If you call the 809 number you can also speak with a live agent after answering a few automated questions

Normally most all deliveries should be completed by 6:00pm. But in light of the USPS extreme cost cutting measures, and lack of proper hiring, at times mail is being delivered as late as 9:00pm (sad to say) in some areas of the country.
What is the six digit store number
Let them deny the package when it arrives, Or if it was dropped off and never been opened, They take it back to USPS and let them know that they don't want to accept it, And to send it back
debit card, or a traveler’s check. No credit cards accepted. Why debit card is allowed? Cause debit card is using your actual money, Credit card you're borrowing money from your bank.
