Today, in Earlimart from 3-5pm Alila Earlimart 850 W. Washington Bring your own bags for fruits and vegetables, if you could Also, check out their Facebook for more information. They give away food nearly every week day.
Nearly daily basis. They have a facebook with regularly updated schedules of when, and where. I have seen them distribute food across visalia, tulare, dinuba, allensworth, earlimart, porterville, and many places in between. So, this depends on where you live, but you can drive to their next one, and jump on in. Check the Facebook.
I am staying at Redwood Springs and rehab. It is a wonderful caring place. I had my leg ampated Feb 8, came here for therapy. Therapist are very caring people also Well my point is here. There is no fresh fruit served here. How can I get on the order list for fresh fruit. I brought in a bag of orange shared with a few ladies , sorry to say I didn't have enough for everyone. I would like to volunteer to pick up any fruit we could get if possible. I'm allowed to leave as long some as I sign the sign out sheet. Yes we're seniors, tucked away but here som
I'm the Exeter Food Closet Coordinating Director (Mike). We distribute food every Tuesday from 9am to 1pm and again from 5pm to 7pm. The Thursday thing was during the drought for drought relief boxes but that program was ended when the government said were not in a drought anymore.
I believe you can get food regardless of amount of calfresh benefits
Yes and no. I volunteer here regularly. Anytime you come in, they will do what they can with the resources available to give you what they can from the warehouse stock immediately. However, they are not a 24/7 facility so Holidays and Weekends are off. I have seen people come in during regular business hours to request food, and to my knowledge, they have all been offered food. They also supplement the supply of many pantries, schools, and soup kitchens in the larger area, and regularly make deliveries from various food drives, as well as purchase food for these parties. Feel free to stop by today.
