Lady in the front in self checkout name SYLVIA had a rude and nasty attitude. I asked her if she can price match an item for me and she denied to do it. She kept tell me that she had to scan the item on her scanner and that I couldn’t show her the item on my phone. This is the first time that I had this problem with an employee other target locations and different employees proceed and say that it’s fine as long as it the same item. I don’t know why they have people like this lady Sylvia that are not capable of giving good customer service to their guest in the front on self checkout. This lady also denied to give me a bag even though I clearly told her I was going to pay the 10 cents for the bag she just did not want to give it to me. This is totally unacceptable if she doesn’t like her job then she can go somewhere else and find a job that she will enjoy and not have her nasty attitude.

Went here to get some ice water from Starbucks after shopping at target because it's been hot. Once today and once last week. Was told to wait in line when I had already been waiting 20 minutes and waited for all the customers orders to be filled prior to me asking for ice. Was spoken to rudely by the same young Hispanic woman twice as she greeted people of other ethnicities happily. I saw her kept checking the phone for time as she was probably ready to go on break or go home for the day. If she wasnt prepared to offer excellent customer service she shouldve stayed home or worked elsewhere.I feel racially discriminated against and I will never return to target Starbucks ever again in my life because I am always treated rudely. I feel that I should be treated with respect on days that I just want ice water just as if I am coming to place an order for a drink. I spend money at target frequently. I will also be telling everyone I know not to go to Starbucks in target. If you have respect for yourself and the money you spend don't go there.

I called ahead to see if they had the baby registry bags in stock. They said yes but 30 min later, when I arrived at the store, they said they had to look for the bags and they said they haven’t had any in a while. I was so sad & as a pregnant mom, I couldn’t help but cry moment I walked out the store because I was lied to on the phone, & drove far out of the way in 90°+ weather for a bag that was never in the store to begin with. I just wish their workers didn’t lie about things being in stock. It’ll just leave ya heartbroken.

Last weekend I was up the road at Kenneth Hahn Park when my car was broken into. Cash and credit cards were stolen and shortly after I received an alert on my phone that my card was attempted to be used at this Target. It took me 5 times to get through to someone as they kept hanging up on me without even asking what I wanted. I had assumed they would want to know that stolen cards were being used to buy their merchandise. They advised I call my credit card companies. They didn't care at all that that was happening in their store. So if I call my credit card company (which I did), and my credit card company doesn't pay for their goods, who is?! Perhaps Target employees are helping this thief? I was able to give them the time the purchase was made and the amount so they could check their cameras, but they truly didn't care. When I filed my police report, the police said this has been going on for sometime. The guy has an MO of breaking in through the door lock, stealing cash and credit cards and then heading to this Target to buy gift cards. I know Target boasts about helping their local communities, but this takes it to a whole new level. Definitely not doing business at a place where they help criminals!
