Great store! Staff always friendly and know the stuff. I get all my CBD and Kratom from them. Always honest, very quality products, and good prices! Tom is such a good guy and always gives best guidance...wish more stores were as knowledgeable.

Stopped in on a Sunday around 4pm. Awesome guy that helped. Chill environment for my first time there. Military and first responders get a discount. Huge plus with me! 10 out 10 would recommend to all my friends. Looking forward to going back.

My gf bought me a vape for Christmas from this shop to get off smoking. I went in there a couple weeks ago to get new pods and juice for it. They said they no longer sell those items. So I purchased a new Vape from them. The cost of the vape was double for what you can get for it online, but I decided to go with it because its a shop and I figured if there were any problems they would help. Well a few days after using the vape, I can only get up to an hour max from the charge, when the sales person told me I should get use all day. I took it back and they said nothing can be done. No return, no exchange, nothing. They said they would contact the manufacturer for me. There was no signs posted anywhere about this return policy or policy on defects. It was also not on the receipt. I just got the old, sorry there's nothing we can do. Our distributor won't take it back. So that tells me that they are working with shady distributors, or is lying, not to mention selling something for double what you can find for it online. Shady practices to say the least. I'd steer clear, find a new shop, or buy online. Terribly disappointing, not mention by law you must have a return policy posted on the receipt or in the store. I looked all over and couldn't find it. Even the sales person said it should be posted. As a person new to Vaping I feel like I was taken advantage of. Will never go back here again and I caution potential customers. I wouldn't doubt most of the 5 stars are from friends or family.

I asked for a none nicotine e liquid and instead of the guy telling me he didn't have any he tells me that God's of Egypt that he sold me didn't have nicotine in it. I he lied to get sale. that was very mean and taste less.

All nicotine levels on E-liquids are clearly stated on the labels per Federal Law. Additionally, New York Vape Collection is a highly regarded establishment in the community and the business is healthy. We often refer customers to other stores if we cannot honestly help them.
