My first time visiting City of Hope in Rancho Cucamonga. However it is more quaint than City of Hope Duarte. I prefer this one because it's closer to home. It is very clean and I do feel comfortable.

Balance billing, surprise billing, and every kind of billing until you're drowning in debt. Charges doctor's fee plus facility fee which is double that of doctor's fee. You'll end up paying 1000 per visit when all is said and done. Don't even get an infusion...that will cost you 3000. This is the biggest SCAM. No wonder they're making tons of money.

The system is a mess. Received a call late afternoon from them and made an appointment early in the morning for next day. When I arrived there next day , at the check- in counter , I was told the appointment was canceled. I cannot believe nobody informed me the appointment was canceled . It is a waste of time and I felt quite frustrated.

No. City of Hope is for cancer patients. Your doctor needs to refer you if your labs have come back positive for cancer

You should go ahead and call the doctor kibria in Rancho and ask them if they can do it for you they are an excellent group of people very professional and lovely good luck take care of yourself
