Key did not work. it was obviously misaligned when the key was spit out of the box. I should have gone to a real locksmith. Dont waste your money.

I called because we needed a bedroom door unlocked. They took my information and passed it along to a technician who called me to get more information. I told him the situation and asked for a rough estimate. He said $80-$100 but it could be more if it was difficult or required more work. He showed up with a trainee, who was coached through it, and then charged me $255 without saying anything. He didn't let me know when he saw the lock and he didn't tell me about how difficult it was for his trainee (though how difficult it could be if a new person could do it with some coaching is interesting). I told him I was going to dispute the charge since he didn't let me know. Some supervisor offered to give a discount if I didn't contest the charge and offered me cash to offset the price. I learned my lesson, and will ask repeatedly about what the charge will be in the future, but I sure won't call them again.
