Do not come here, they will let you sign up knowing they are over max capacity as long as you give them your money. I went there once, gym was over packed,zumba class as well, very hot in both places, no air conditioner,smelled bad,girl that does the billing part is rude seems like she hates her job. Save yourself the headache

The Zumba classes, the music, and the teachers are all great for a workout. The place just needs more ventilation.

Nice family place, good for kids and adults alike. It's nice to have a safe place where the kids can go to get exercise and be with other kids. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that music for dance classes is waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy too loud, you can hear it out to Moss Landing!
