By far this has to be the worst post office in all of California! The people working here are of no help whatsoever and in fact refused to help when they’re asked! We’ve had more packages stolen that have come through this post office than any post office ever! I don’t know what’s going on here but it’s definitely a very shady place and I will never be doing business with them ever!

I have always found the workers at this Post Office to be uniformly friendly, competent, and helpful. They often have to deal with such a myriad of customers with such a wide range of issues. It can't be an easy job yet they seem to do it with indefatigable charm.

How long ago did you drop them? If it was yesterday or today, they are likely ready for the truck to take them to a sorting center.

If it's small enough to fit, they put it in the mailbox, if not they'll make a second attempt. Unless no signature is required, they might leave it in the front door
