Disgusting. The animal care is atrocious. They seem to do the least amount of care for these poor critters as they can. Many hamsters are crammed into a small tank (and other animals are kept in tanks too small for their needs), reptile husbandry is terrible (plus the prices are more expensive than a healthy one at other petstores/breeders), the tanks are often dirty too.
