I had a wonderful experience at this location today. I accompanied my friend today to her shopping appointment who was looking to upgrade her phone. As I was translating for her, the Apple Specialist, Fred, was friendly, attentive, patient and extremely personable while being professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and gave us additional purchase tips and options for my friend. Aside from the great shopping experience, I would also love to thank the young lady who was working at the front door when we first entered the store. My friend ended up getting a panic attack and this young lady was quick to act and grabbed her a glass of water! Great service. Great humans. Apple needs to give you raises!

Avoid this place I shouldn’t have to wait or make an appointment if I know what I want.. simply just hand me what I want I give you my debt card and we go our separate. They will have you wait just to tell you they do not have that item in stock what ever happened to respecting people. Time for a change in management.

You can go and buy them, they have sales people walking around. I would call first though to make sure they have them. They didn't have 6' charging cables when I went in there.

Description is too general. Too many variables. Type of device, is the phone on but screen is black, phone is off but the screen is black, water damage, phone was dropped, battery issues, screen issues, on and on. Under warranty talk to carrier, vendor. Not under warranty 3rd party repair shop.
The last 2 times i was there, i did not make an appointment but i had to wait about 20-30mins which isn't so bad as there are so many stores and restaurants to browse through during the time. But much less wait time than other apple stores
I currently work security at that apple store. Unfortunately you can not enter without a reservation. Once you have a reservation the apple store Employees will log you in and get you in line to be helped.

Google and YouTube are your best friends here. Look up some tutorials for your iPad model and you'll be up and running quick! Otherwise, head into an Apple store and ask the employees some questions.
Unfortunately, Apple no longer sells the iPhone 6 plus. If you really want this model, they go for around $200-$300 new on eBay.
Unfortunately, Apple does not answer questions or schedule appointments from their Google maps pages. To make an appointment for the Genius bar, you would have to walk/call in or schedule an appointment on the Apple website.
You would be best off returning to the Apple store where you got your iPhone fixed and explaining this to an employee. Make an appointment online so you can skip the waiting list.
