I walk in this branch and stand 2nd in line to order. There was about a 10 minutes wait before anyone acknowledged both I or the gentleman ahead of me.

Extremely long wait times even during non-peak hours. Went at 10pm, waited exactly 79 minutes for 10 piece chicken nuggets. There were only 3 people in the drive through line.

99.6795% of the time they get my order wrong. My receipt shows 20 M nuggets with 3 BBQ sauces and 6 additional BBQ sauces for a total of 9 nuggets. This location always gives me sweet n' sour sauce instead. They gave me the wrong sauce and only 4 sauces instead of the 9 I ordered. Also the same sauce issue with the lady before me. Also, as you can see by my receipt, I ordered for mobile curbside whatever and sat in parking spot 4 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Then I went inside stood in line another 5 - 10 minutes saw my bag with a BIG 4 on it and asked for my food. I gave them 2 stars because they at least have the courtesy to not spit in my food. Also customer service is lacking. You shouldn't argue with your paying customers.
