I'm always confuse when I walk in what to get. Good thing y'all have pictures on the menu. I just point and ask for the biggest size. Not alot of options on the menu board as well

Stopped at this Starbucks on my way back to the cape this morning. Worst customer service I have ever received at a retail shop. The manager which I assume is the manager because he was the only one doing anything was beyond rude. He looks like he is a store manager of a GameStop and not a Starbucks lol. This place was so packed that I waited 20 mins for my drink. When I asked the manager what’s with the wait he was incredibly rude and told me well your lucky if you get it before 10 mins. I ended up just taking somebody else drink instead of waiting. I am not joking the dude who runs this store should quit. Shipment everywhere untrained rude baristas. What a joke of a store 10/10 will never go back this place. The store was trashed and filled with terrible customer service.

Honestly, this location is pretty awful. Out of all the holiday drinks, boxes all over the waiting area, trashes overflowing, no chairs at the tables so you can't even sit. The girl at the register was pleasant but the wait for my drink was way to long for the amount of people waiting.
