This should be the last place you choose to go. Keep expectations low because they have horrible service. If you see several different doctors you get several different answers. When you complain to Administration they don't do anything!!

Terrible service, they always take a long time, but the last straw is in the emergency room, they literally forgot about me and after 3 hours I went to ask why they didn't attend to me and they simply said that they forgot, can you imagine what a bad service 😡

All I can say is,. ONLY go to Castle air force base if u have to. 2 hours waiting to be called in, only to wait 1 more hour in the room for the Dr. To actually show up to see my kid🙄

I just took my daughter to urgent care and picked up the clipboard to sign in, as I have been here many times before and never had an issue, but the woman with long dyed blond hair rudely told me that she was helping someone else (as she was telling them how to get to another part of the facility) and I had to wait. I told her I was only signing in and she told me she was helping someone else first, though I hadn’t asked for help, I knew what I was supposed to do. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere as the rude incompetence of the woman behind the counter was apparent. When we turned to walk away and said we would take our business somewhere else, she laughed??? FOUNTAIN VIEW IN MERCED WAS COURTEOUS. Castle is probably understaffed as most places are in merced county for as busy as they are and will hire anyone. Jobs are scarce people, treat others as you would like to be treated and you will have a better chance of keeping yours.
