Every staff member was so incredibly nice and the service was fast. Food was good for the price. I'm just so happy with the service we received this morning! Great team IHOP!

Sincerely it was a disgrace for how long it took to receive food. Not only that but they had forgotten items that we had requested with the order. The employees we spoke with, we assume to be the managers were severely rude and confrontational with me as I asked them 3 times if the order was ready. The order said it would be finished at around 11:45 and I entered 20, then 10, then 5 minutes before the time it was said to have finished. As soon as we received the food they said "take it." And blunty went on to the next customer. As soon as I returned to get the rest of the order they stated to wait and handed me the childrens meal. The meal had exactly 2 tenders and 15 fries for the price of 7 dollars. This was a ruined fathers day and a terrible encounter.

My first time going to an IHOP, such large portions and delicious fluffy pancakes! Extremely affordable prices as well.

Just a patron so i wouldn't know. I'd suggest calling them sry.....
Partitions between each booth wipe down everything when leave before next customer. I go twice a wheel while my brother in out patient therapy and am comfortable with safety
The one in Tewksbury does open on Christmas, our family tradition is to go to IHOP every Christmas morning in pjs :-)
