This location should shut down they are always out of stuff and most of the time just shut down hours earlier than what they say. It is even embarrassing for Starbucks it's ran at such a horrible quality.

I'm giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this location and they work so hard. That being said, I refuse to let one bad experience ruin the rating I give. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap(my absolute favorite) but this time around there's no flavor to it. It basically tastes like water. I did notice that the girl who made it was clearly still learning so I won't sit here and bash her. I'm actually hoping she learns everything and only gets better because was so sweet.
