I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. To start off the pictures that they show online are not what the rooms look like. We got two rooms and they were both equally disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the screens on the windows were pried off from the alleyway in the back, they had duct tape holding the tv's together, under the beds were empty beer cans and trash. We checked in, saw the rooms, found a new hotel and checked right back out. This place is not a safe environment for anybody....RUN!!

The front desk staff was very helpful. I wish I could remember his name! My daughters traveled from upstate NY and were in town for the Weekend Concert. He was very helpful! He deserves a lot of praise!! I would highly recommend this hotel just because of him. The room was clean and large and in a great location for events at Gillette stadium. It was easy access from the highway.

Negative: The staff interrupted my shower to tell me I didn't pay for my room I gave them my confirmation # to prove I did. And also told me to leave my service dog outside. Had no issues til the end of my stay.
