I went in to wash and the girl was just not in to her job, The other 2 girls that I haven't seen in a while were very kind and helpful keep the place clean. I never dropped of but I seen the attendant with red hair get good response from washing and drying and folding, I hope she still works there very friendly person.

I accept responsibility for not reading the charge would be a minimum of 10 lbs, so I paid for 10 lbs of laundry that was possibly 3. I think quality customer service …Sallie, I'm very sorry to hear of your poor experience. We strive for excellent service and it sounds like we really missed the mark. I'm not making excuses, but I do have some very new employees. I will use this as a teaching experience. I hope we can make things right with you.
