We no longer receive mail delivery directly to our doors because of the negligence of our mail carrier. Now we have to go to the post office to get our packages. For those with disabilities this is a real hardship.

Just this month, February 2020, we have received 3 pieces of mail in damaged condition, two were items sent from our business, which "came open" in the mail and were returned to us without the checks that had been enclosed and the third was a check sent to us, which was ripped nearly in half making it invalid. Totally unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if possible.

You can NEVER get through to their phone line as it is constantly busy. Something needs done about that.

Best bet is to stop into a post office, preferably the one who will be handling your mail, and fill out the required forms.
