I could turn some things without a receipt. I was told by the manager Without a receipt you could not return the items perin the items. What kind of yes is that? I ask? I asked restore credit I said could I shop for the price of the purchase. He said no! I don't like the stater brothers in Colton for a lot of reasons. Well he just added to that list of why I don't like them. So I called the Stater brothers in grand terrace. love the grand Terrace staters- I was told just bring the items in and you could shop for the purchase of the items. Well I'm definitely gonna take my business to the grand terrace store from now on.

Clean store, nice staff. The red is horrendous please stick with the theme that you chose for the new store on Cherry valley Blvd and the update for the store on calimesa Blvd, that looks way better. The red is hideous and off putting and the pictures above each department are so large and unnecessary

All the staff there have been great! I had Sabrina A today and I had forgotten my card at home. While I was gone she made sure that by the time I came back j had a swapped out cold milk... She didn't have to care and she did so thank you so much. They updated there building inside and looks amazing They did an update on the store and it looks great

I bought groceries & got $100 cash back needed to split the money to pay others. As clerk continued to talk to other employees, she rudely tells me she has no change & gives me a large bill. I asked if she can ask another clerk for $20's & rudely tells me 'you can' because she has customers! Well the other clerk has customers too! It would be different if she tried or was sympathetic. I wasn't going to be rude & just cut in front of others. I shouldn't have to wait in line with my groceries already paid to get change either. It was her attitude, lack of trying & unsympathetic that made me mad. Do you think she should've made an effort to ask another clerk?? Or have the 'bagger' get the change? Am I wrong for being upset? I ended up going to bank to get change.
