Less than a 1 star. I live in Campbell and drove to Monterey highway in San Jose. To go get our dinner after I called an hour before to make sure the price was what it was said whoever answered the phone gave us the wrong information so then we drive over there and we're waiting because the car in front they messed up their order also so we were in line maybe 10 minutes behind the person wasting gas so I get there and instead of it being 2599 it is $62 and then the person that answered all of a sudden disappeared there was no longer there they couldn't honor what they told me before the price and I showed him the price I even showed him his phone number because he tried to tell me that it was in Campbell that that's the price that it was which like I showed him the phone number instead of them honoring it he just said oh well that's not my problem really that's how you treat your customers I would never go there again

Loved they have a drive up service, so I wouldn't have to go in with covid19 numbers increasing in the valley again. Still best tasting fried chicken around!!!

I am not having the best Doordash delivery experience from this restaurant but I don't think it's their fault since my pick-up experience is great. Always super hot and tasty. I don't know why it takes an hour receiving online deliveries from them, when they are 0.3 miles from my house so I recommend drive-through or pick-up.

I went with my partner to get food bc we were hungry duh. We gave the cashier his card to pay but the cashier had it for too long and gave it back to us 1 min after we had gave her our card. Usually to pay it would take 10 secs for the payment to go through especially in the drive through. When the cashier gave us our food she looked very nervous and would avoid eye contact. Once my partner drove away we saw that her phone was laying next to the register with the front camera on. This could have meant that their is high chance the she used her front camera to take a picture of the back of the card. After that my partner had to replace his card to not risk having his money stolen. Be careful with your cards when using the drive through. Would recommend using Apple Pay or cash.
