I love this place. I especially love the pools. For rehab and circulation issues. The exercise machines are top notch. And the trainers are very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Update review: Since COVID, this place decided to close its doors, very sad because the infrastructure is the best, pool, equipment, name it. I hope they choose to open soon. I can't wait for that. Because certainly, I can't find something like this place here in Vacaville. As a family membership, that's the best option to join. The decision that I made to join this fitness club is that I was able to join with my whole family, something I was looking for a long time, and finally, I got it. Besides, something quite attractive about this place is child care because I can indulge in my routine, and they take care of my child. The classes are a pleasing challenge since they motivate me to push more on my fitness routine. Clean place and adorable location.

Give them a call, multiple options.
There are a variety of pools. One is called a therapy pool. To receive coverage I imagine the therapy would have to be prescribed.Check with your insurance.
