My 5 yo son had a great experience with Dr Katie Wright. My 3 yo was a different story. He needed treatment for cavities and the whole experience was difficult. I took him for his second application and I did not feel they did enough to make him feel comfortable. My son is scared of all the equipment and in comes a person in scrubs with two masks and special glasses. We could barely hear Dr Sichrava and he looked scary. If your office specializes in kids and the mom is asking the kid to high five the doctor to normalize the situation you don’t ignore them. Also, what is it with some dentists wanting the patient to be laying down completely? Anyone will gag if liquid is applied and it goes down your throat. Who brushes their teeth laying down? We will not be coming back.

Came here for my daughter’s first ever dental visit and it was wonderful. They were so patient and kind with her. She had a great experience.

We were in and out in 20 minutes. They knew exactly how to cater to my two year old so he didn’t have a fit. The place was clean and everyone was extremely welcoming. I’m glad I found Kids Care Dental!

I came in to get a filling for my 5 year old. I paid approximately $117 moments before receiving the service. Upon leaving, I was told that they decided to fix an additional tooth and I now owed an additional $56. I was not consulted before this decision was made, so I was unaware of the additional service they took upon themselves to provide. I am really upset. Not everyone can afford to pay for additional services that they didn’t authorize.

Yes, my son has autism. It's been great. The staff is patient and understanding. We have been going here for about 4 years. When I made my first appointment. I called ahead and explained that my son had autism so they would be aware, that he had special needs, and maybe not be able to complete the appointment. We played it by ear and he was not pushed to do anything he was not comfortable with. I had my son take his favorite stuffed animal, and his tablet for the waiting room. The first visit was kind of scary for him, but the staff made him feel relaxed and we were able to complete both X-rays and a cleaning that day. Since his first appointment he is actually had work done there with the use of nitrous he was able to get through treatment. Hope this was helpful. Good luck! I hope your child has the same great experience.
They accept most major health insurance plans. My family is on Delta Dental.
