horrible service, seems like the lady in the front desk hates working here. always has an attitude & to top it off , when you message the number for an appointment she acts clueless & responds with “idk who that is” , why have the number in service if you’re not going to agree with the response given.

I went here today because I had an appointment and when I got there, there was nothing more than a boarded up door with labquest boxes on the front. I knocked a few times and got no response. I went next door to the pharmacy and they said that they were open so I went back and knocked again and still got no response I called the number online and they gave me a whole different number so I called that one and it wasnt even in service. I tried to call the number on the her smart choice sign that was on the building and the call kept getting picked up but no one would say anything. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with how things went today. How are you going to offer services but not provide them? You guys need to stop accepting appointments online if you aren't going to be available to help those you say you are trying to help. I will NOT be recommending this place or coming back. This place is a joke.
